Regularity Rally 2009

The celebration of the Regularity Rally 2009 was a great success. The support of the Federation of Motor Sports and Karting de Cuba was instrumental in the organizational and competitive success achieved.

The route of the rally was a urban section of the City of Havana marked by significant complexities of movement and orientation. 6 points were established including 4 public control, where cars must stop to be timed and 2 checkpoints secrets that added an extra control to competition.

The timing and arbitration was conducted by Eduardo Dobarganes Ernesto Montano, son of "Quico" Dobarganes, Secretary General of the FAKC, supported by an enthusiastic young people. Each checkpoint consisted of a champion, charged to stop and exit to each car, a photographer queregistraba the time of arrival and a scorer to a second track of time timed by clocks, each set had a digital camera that had been previously synchronized and also to record precisely the moment when the cars arrived at each checkpoint, provide a snapshot of the moment.
